Improved autopay set up in the customer portal. Setting up, editing, and managing autopay is easier than ever with a quick link on the home page.
Grouped billing. Multiple accounts or locations can now be billed under a single consolidated bill. Helpful for master-metered communities, commercial properties, or any situation where one entity pays for multiple units.
Chat sessions on the communications page. Customer portal chat sessions now show up in the communications page alongside your emails and campaigns. One place to see all customer interactions.
Quick move-in/move-out filters. The accounts page now has one-click filters for active move-ins and move-outs. Stop digging through the full account list to find who just moved in or out.
Cancel or delete payment batches. You can now cancel or delete payment batches directly. No more clutter of incomplete batches
Auditor user role. You can now invite staff, auditors, or board members with a read-only role called "Auditor". They can see everything in the system but can't make changes — handy for compliance, oversight, or anyone who just needs to look things up.
Automatic paper bill charges. If you want to charge your customers for receiving a paper bill, you can now program that to go out automatically each month. Look for this under "Automatic Charges" in your settings.

Filter reports by billing cycle posted date. Reports can now be filtered by when a billing cycle was actually posted, not just when it was created. A common ask for accurate period-over-period reporting.
Undo a bill. Made a billing mistake? You can now reverse a bill with a single action. No workarounds, no support tickets: just undo it.
Mark payment batches as reconciled. Finance teams can now mark a payment batch as reconciled — and undo it if needed. Useful for closing out periods cleanly without manual tracking on the side.
Attachments in communication campaigns. Send files, PDFs, and documents alongside your communication campaigns. Everything your customer needs, in one message.
"Assigned to me" on service orders. A dedicated tab shows only the service orders assigned to you. No more filtering through the full queue to find your work.
View photos without downloading. Photos attached to accounts and service orders now open inline. You can see them without saving anything to your computer first.

Billing Summary Report. A new accounting report gives you a high-level summary of billing totals for a given period, making it easier to reconcile what was billed versus collected without digging into individual transactions.
Send Form to Customers. You can now embed a fillable form into your outbound communications! See below for an example for how SSWC achieved its best-ever proxy voting turnout by using our digital form filling process, which provided customers a link to the Current Portal to complete their vote.
Create a Payment Plan Without an Active Delinquency. Staff can now set up a payment plan on any account proactively — you no longer need to wait for the account to enter delinquency first.
Assign Multiple Tax Rates to a Location. Locations can now have more than one tax rate applied at a time, supporting more complex local tax requirements.
Esri Integration. You can now connect your ArcGIS org to Current to see your customer information as a layer in Esri. Use this to visualize critical account data like balance and status alongside your field information.
Payment Allocation. There's also an optional column in Account views for Payment Allocation. This provides details for how the system logged customer payments against outstanding balances
Consumption Report. Check out a new report type that lets you see the highest consuming users over a certain time period. Use the "row limit" to filter the list to the highest "X" users. You can also toggle from "Highest Consumption" to "Zero Consumption" to see users that have had no recorded usage in that time period.
The vendor we are using for our dashboards have been acquired. We will be migrating to the new dashboard experience in the next few months.
As part of our continuous improvements on reporting in general, we hav also added new reports under Accounting Reports, namely Services Sold Summary, Water Consumption Report etc.
You will now also see more options when trying to export your Route data. You can now change the Export type from the billing cycle and limit export to only locations with missing reads.
You can now disable pro-ration on the billing billing cycle and on the service.
For Mutual Water Companies, we have also added a way to manage your shareholders better. By creating a shareholder, you can designate the contact person you would like to send shareholder related material to.
This is especially useful for customers who may have multiple properties or when the property may have multiple owners listed.
Get notified when an account is removed from a specific stage of delinquency. Go to Settings → Delinquency and edit the Delinquency rule where you want to enable this.
Especially useful for Disconnected accounts who have made a payment using the portal and no longer delinquent.
