Billing Summary Report. A new accounting report gives you a high-level summary of billing totals for a given period, making it easier to reconcile what was billed versus collected without digging into individual transactions.

Send Form to Customers. You can now embed a fillable form into your outbound communications! See below for an example for how SSWC achieved its best-ever proxy voting turnout by using our digital form filling process, which provided customers a link to the Current Portal to complete their vote.

Create a Payment Plan Without an Active Delinquency. Staff can now set up a payment plan on any account proactively — you no longer need to wait for the account to enter delinquency first.

Assign Multiple Tax Rates to a Location. Locations can now have more than one tax rate applied at a time, supporting more complex local tax requirements.

Esri Integration. You can now connect your ArcGIS org to Current to see your customer information as a layer in Esri. Use this to visualize critical account data like balance and status alongside your field information.

Payment Allocation. There's also an optional column in Account views for Payment Allocation. This provides details for how the system logged customer payments against outstanding balances

Consumption Report. Check out a new report type that lets you see the highest consuming users over a certain time period. Use the "row limit" to filter the list to the highest "X" users. You can also toggle from "Highest Consumption" to "Zero Consumption" to see users that have had no recorded usage in that time period.

The vendor we are using for our dashboards have been acquired. We will be migrating to the new dashboard experience in the next few months.

As part of our continuous improvements on reporting in general, we hav also added new reports under Accounting Reports, namely Services Sold Summary, Water Consumption Report etc.

You will now also see more options when trying to export your Route data. You can now change the Export type from the billing cycle and limit export to only locations with missing reads.

You can now disable pro-ration on the billing billing cycle and on the service.

For Mutual Water Companies, we have also added a way to manage your shareholders better. By creating a shareholder, you can designate the contact person you would like to send shareholder related material to.

This is especially useful for customers who may have multiple properties or when the property may have multiple owners listed.

Get notified when an account is removed from a specific stage of delinquency. Go to Settings → Delinquency and edit the Delinquency rule where you want to enable this.

Especially useful for Disconnected accounts who have made a payment using the portal and no longer delinquent.

  • Update a location's route sequence and any higher sequences in that route will automatically increment to make room for it
    • To access, go to the location detail page, then the pencil icon at the top
    • The Edit Location drawer opens and there's an editable route field
  • Set up late fees to be calculated as a percentage of the customer's last bill
    • Previous options were "past due balance" and "account balance"
  • Find the link to your customer portal on the Admin Portal home screen
  • Access the new AR Summary report from the Accounting Reports dashboard
    • Pick a start and end date to see how a range of transactions gets you from a starting to ending AR balance
  • New contact person preview feature - accessed from the Contact Info tab on account detail page

  • Easier to print single postcard bills
    • Padding is automatically included - just set the paper size to 8.5" x 12" and ensure there are no auto-fill settings that affect the size of the document
  • Specify which users can be assigned a Service Order
    • Click pencil icon to edit
    • If unchecked, user won't show up in the dropdown for the Service Order assignee field
  • Import contacts from a file to create a static communications list
    • Use a CSV file that has a column titled "Account ID" that matches the IDs in Current
    • Accessed from Communications page → New List → Static List → Import Contacts from File
  • Improved load times for Meter Readings page (~75x faster!)
